Default V70,2009,intermittent start ,fuel pump,actuator,

Hi I am Vikki ,Gordon’s wife ..our trusted V70 is being very bad .
We have had intermittent start issues which We had believed to be fuel pump
,replaced it.Did clutch sensor too Incase .
New pump all working fine for a week .went to fill with fuel and no start again cranks etc turns over no start .dash lights up ..can hear new pump fine .
Whacked fuel tank and that solves issue car will start .so it’s not the fuel pump but something in the tank ? Or to do with fuel ?
Second bizarre new problem ..whether or not the car will start once I unlock it there is a very loud “ electric intermittent sound whining almost “sounds like arc welding !
Seems to be from drivers side behind engine ?
So I assume two separate issues but not great.
The car once the tank has been whacked will start and runs like a dream .the weird loud electric sound is still there whether the car engine is on or off and with key in or out .can start “ electric noise “ by just touching the car anywhere ..
I have a video of the car being unlocked and the noise. Any thoughts .

did you get a pump from a reliable source for a price around £100 ? ? Sounds like it is faulty ..
