Default Volvo v50 2.0D Oil level increase

Hello i own a v50 2.0D 2007 i have noticed an increased level of oil in the engine, it is not a mixed with water because the water tank is clean. I was also having a high temperature of the engine in hills when accelerating.
Due to this two problems a was doubting at the PDF. Maybe it is not regenerating anymore.

There are two options in Albania:

1) cleaning the DPF as shown in the image

2) they delete the DPF.

Which one is better to do so? Please tell me from you experience i know that putting a new one OEM is the best but here they are to expensive.

Can you get the codes read on VIDA to confirm its the DPF?

I would clean first rather than delete

You could get Vida and initiate DPF regeneration manually. I did this this weekend, took 25-30 minutes for it to complete. The DPF is clean now.
