I paid a bit more than was advertised on fleabay etal, but after speaking to the guy there, I had confidence that it would not be a cheap Chinese copy.

I got the gen 2 one but they do sell the i906.....speak to the guy there (sorry can't remember his name), but he was very knowledgeable about what he sells.

The reader arrived very well packaged and is definetly not a copy. It read all my 2008 cpu data straight away. I did run the update tool first:

Obviously if we had been closer you could have just used mine to diagnose your problem. Isn't there anyone in Notts with a reader??
