Personally I think Volvo are making themselves look ridiculous.

Ads like these are designed to appeal to young people. How many young people can afford a brand new S60 top of the range car?

On top of that, this car in NO WAY looks like it should be thrown around like that.

Swap it for a C30 and its fine.... but to take a hunking great volvo saloon and try to make out like its a mini cooper? Nuts and it won't work.

Volvo's have class and presence. I saw a brand new bright red XC60 with huge factory alloys coming towards me and it easy had the same "Get out of my way" presence as a Range Rover Sport, if not more due to the MASSIVE volvo logo on the front.

They should be appealing to drivers who want to be different and classy. These adds just dont work.
