460 Door handles:are they compatible with other models?

I have a 460 in Israel, and it is the only one in the entire country. The driver side door handle is no in good condition, and I need to change it.
My question is: "Are the door handles compatible with other models? I mean, can I buy one from a 740, 850, or 960 and put it in my 440?"

I think some range rovers and discoverys use the same door handles, maybe more of them than volvo's
