V90 headlamps misted up - Page 2

My nearside headlamp is badly misted up and the probable cause is the headlamp washer not coming out properly and spraying on the headlamp within the bumper time will tell aas it now needs to dry out.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Well have found out why misting occured it was cracked across the top in line with the top line Volvo price in excess of £1000 + fitting

Seal it with some No Nonsense clear bath sealant from Screwfix, once it's dried out obviously.

Have now had a new ( from Ebay) headlamp fitted total cost £587 This was against a cost by Volvo of £1360 . Headlamp from ebay was as new.

I have the same problem with misted up / condensation on the NS lamp on my 2019 Momentum Pro. I tried the hairdryer trick but it works for an hour or so and then the moisture returned, every night. Stpidly I used a fan heater but it got too close and now have a melted front lens. I have seen the parts on e bay but wondered about fitting. Is it a problem and how much would a non Volvo garage ie Specalist, charge?
Does anyone have a source other than e bay for the part?
