Xc90 d5 200 error codes

Hi,
Hoping for some advice regarding my 2011 d5 xc90. Last week I noticed a drop in power and after investigation I found one of the intercooler pipes had a hole in it. Replaced the pipe today and took it out for a drive. All was running fine but when I was driving a bit more spiritted in manual mode. The soot filter full message and it went into limp mode. No eml lights just down in power. I plugged it into my basic fault code reader and the following is coming up:

Heated oxygen sensor (ho2s) circuit.range performance

Mass air flow sensor volume air flow - range performance issue

Turbo charger - low boost

Heated oxygen sensor (ho2s) - low voltage

I cleared the above but they came back again.

Any help would be appreciated
