Lovely place to live, Arvika, we took in the music festival there about 10 years ago whilst visiting friends who live in Uppsala.

Have you tried selling your car at home? Bringing it to the UK will add considerably to the cost, unless one combined the purchase with a holiday - now there's a thought!

I try to sell it in another country beacause most of the 240 in sweden
are destroyed by young people and there is not som many left in good shape

the car has gone 280000km last owner had it since-99 powerstering
aut gearbox engine 2,3 B230F 116ps new exhoust new handbrakeparts
smokefree int vetry fine aluwheels on sommertires runs very nice
some minor remarks on the paint but very little fdor such a old car

Please don't take this the wrong way but the car is not really a sort after model plus being LHD and the cost to import, personally in my opinion you'd be better off selling it in your country.

I'm inclined to agree, but the OP does have a valid reason for offering the car for sale on here. Maybe mainland Europe would be a better bet - LHD, KPH speedo, etc.?

I must agree totally with John, i have know adver. the car on mobile.de
I must say that the 240:s on mobile very expencive, and off corse that is
not so many buyers in GB on a LHD. But someone maybe crashed hes beloved 240 and could by this one and made 1 car out off two!
In sweden has the prices for 240 passet the lowest and are slowly going up!
Except the 240 Turbos that have high prices for many years! Esp 81-82
can coast 10000£ if they are in good orginal stand!!
