I would imagine the same way as any other power increase , a small extra premium or if you are lucky no extra premium .

I was thinking that, MPH Unchanged, MPG Unchanged, so its £650 for 0.5 sec. quicker to 60mph.

Or am I missing something else?

Chaddie.

£650 for 20 bhp is expensive, but you also get much better in-gear performance (and torque) which is really what counts.

It is manufacturer approved and keeps the warranty, so I'm not surprised to see it comes at a premium.

It's getting more and more common these days for manufacturers to offer their own approved mods, they aren't good value in absolute terms but for a lot of people with relatively new cars keeping the warranty is worth a lot.

There isnt any hesitation with the 185 bhp engine ??? Its got throttle flaps to blank off one set of inlet valves at low rpm to increase the gas speed through the other set ..
