Default Experts in B30 with spray some here?

Experts in B30 with spray some here?

I have massiv problems whit my lovely 164 E 1974.

The suffering of startup problems especially cold. Starts once and dies just after then pedal is half in 10 sec before there is life there must be perhaps 1000 rpm for 20sec before it can idle ... also goes just not it completely.

Valves are adjusted.
Oil and oil filter etc are changed + the car run on lead additive.
New spark plugs and the distance is ok.
New cables, rotor and cap. orginal
123Ignintion. adjusted by the book to the on B30E with std. cam.
Powerful new coil.
New Map Sensor.
New Petrol pump and filter.
Petrol pressure adjusted.
Temperature sensors measured by varying degrees and is within tolerance.
Termo time sensors measured by varying degrees and is within tolerance.
Cold Starts valve works

Some experts in the field so I would love to hear from you?
Has the original troubleshooting book but I used to end:?

Interesting. I had a similar issue with my 164E, and the issue was that the cold start valve was stuck open. The would start, run, and then die because it was flooding. Anyway, you can find a D-jet trouble shooting manual here:

Completely the same problem here.

Cold start valve is open and .....

This is due to a faulty auxiliary air valve which is stuck, so it provides a constant signal to the system about to be opened with gasoline, and then drown the engine and go bad when it is cold.

A new auxiliary air valve is purchased and installed, so it works just super good.
