t5r manual estate

Well cant belive im doing this but here goes..

My 95 (m) in green manual estate is either going to be broke or sell as a unfinished project.
The car was running fine up until i found a minior leak from the rocker cover.
I have tried to fix the fault but with no resolve so currently the rocker cover is off. Being there is no gasket the only way around it i can see is getting the cover machined 0005 inch to make it true, or sealant.
The interior is very clean for year no rips or marks
the 17in titan alloys could do with a refurb . 1 is already bead blasted back to bare ready for painting. all electrics work heated seat and buttons.
I dont really want to break the car as it really only needs somebody to sort the leak and a service and your done.
The car has a 300bhp chip in the ecu and a k,n filter
Im not looking for hagglers or peolple asking silly questions the car is 90% there just needs finishing.
the tax is out and so is the mot. soi you need a trailer or truck or a tow rope
If i have enough intrest in the car than i will break it

got any more information like mileage and history?

Also, could I have some pics, and info about what you've done to try to fix it?

If you decide to break and it has the front R bumper then id be very interested in buying it.
