Default 04 s60 issues

Hey all, I'm new to the forums and I'm having issues with my 04 s60, non turbo and FWD, 118k 5 speed

Recently replaced all brake pads and rotors, now having an issue where my front calipers are grinding against the inside of my wheels very loudly, but goes away while braking. CV boot is peeled back a little, thinking maybe needing new CV axles or wheel hub/bearing.

Also having a "check stop lamp" warning light come up when brakes are applied, and is preventing me from getting an inspection sticker, as when braking neither of my bottom lights appear, just the top LED above the rear windshield.

minor problems throughout, but those are the biggies.
any help is appreciated!! thank you!

Have you checked/replaced the brake light bulbs?

Replaced both brake light bulbs and went to have the car inspected and the guys at the shop couldn't figure out the source of the problem, i've done some googling and forum searching but nothing conclusive has come up
