Another Blown Intercooler

It was only a matter of time, but at 71,000 miles I'm a bit surprised that the intercooler has blown already. Must be my heavy right foot You may be aware that the new Google search format on mobile phones it poor compared to what it used to be, so I'm having difficulty retrieving specific threads on here. Somewhere in the depths of this forum is a thread highlighting an adequate aftermarket intercooler replacement. My car is a 2004 S60 D5 163bhp, and has the boost sensor located just above the pipe on the passenger side of the intercooler.

Has anybody replaced the intercooler with an aftermarket unit, and if so what intercooler did you use? I hear good things about the Nissens 969001, but would like to hear other peoples thoughts before pulling the trigger on one.
