Hi Kev,
I have had to have my ETM unit replaced (on my C70), contacted the Derby branch and spoke to the Service manager who was less than helpful! Got my unit replaced for about £275 at the branch in Nottingham in the end. From memory they charged about £175 for the unit.

thanks, i phoned derby too must have spoke to the same guy as he wasn't helpful at all and didn't seem to sure as to what ETM i had. derby wanted £220 for the ETM £40 for programing and £130 to fit. £390 when Nottingham want £265 all in. but what i really want to do is buy the unit and strip old unit to see if i can remove chip i have done this on a Volvo lorry and saved a lot. i hate feeling ripped off.
