Default Rattling at idle

Ok I have a 57 plate V70 D5. Have owned it for about 3 years. 136000 miles. Had the timing belt, tensioner and water pump done 12 months ago. Recent oil change, air filter, fuel filter 10 months ago.
Was out and about Sunday and at idle when parked up it’s got a rattle coming from the front of the car. When revved or driven it disappears. Otherwise it drives fine. Not sure whether it’s heat shield, power steering pump or what. Any thoughts?

A loose pulley that the aux belt runs on can cause a rattle. Commonly, the alternator clutch pulley can cause a bit of a racket!

Thumbs up for alternator pulley, mine rattled like mad and disappeared when I revved it.

My grill rattles on the driver's side at idle!

Worth a quick check.
