Default Interior heater stays hot

Hi,
I recently bought a 2005 XC90 and have been unable to regulate the interior heater.
The fan works perfect, but the temperature is always on hot.
When I turn the knobs on dash to cold, it doesn't change the air to cool, it still blows hot.

Can anybody offer any advice, are there any relays for the heater I can look at etc
The fuses appear ok - thanks in advance

Here's an example of how temperature irregularities can be solved with a simple calibration of the climate module.
