Tyre Size Calculator
Having driven myself batty trying to work out whether my speedo will read fast/slow etc, I found this site was useful;

But....
These dont take in to account the tyre pressure.
Its a little trick in the kit car world, if your speedo is reading slightly under at an SVA test, you can decrease the tyre pressure to correct this. |
