Default Price rise…

Thought I’d look at replacing my B5D as it’s 3 in Dec.

Seems 25th is a big change in price.
£4,100 increase for T8 Ultimate.

Also no Affinity discount currently

My local dealer is only doing 5%, any dealers doing better?
Wanting the 50/50 0% option.

Didn’t know they had announced updated prices yet, but I was looking yesterday and the current finance offers are significantly reduced, especially on the recharge models. Deposit contribution down to £500 or even £0 on some models and interest rates have increased. Combined with no affinity discount, the cost of a new ride is going through the roof!

Worth speaking to drive the deal or carwow to try to lock in a lower price now if a dealer wants a sale? That's how I got almost 9k off the list price a few years back (delivered brand new 1 week before lockdown in 2020)

The dealers told me they sometimes lock in a good price on carwow to get a quick sale before the end of the month, but the dealer can't see the customer details until you contact them as a highest bidder on carwow so worth a try.

Drive the deal you don't get told which dealer is working on the order until you commit to the order at the price drive the deal come back with. Carwow you can negotiate and even get discount on polestar add-on etc .

These are great cars and the cost of living crisis is hitting all of us in different ways. Why not just keep your current car another three years? The average depreciation over the six years will be far less than running two new cars for three years each.

Can’t remember where I saw it but I think that the affinity offers have been permanently canned now
