Question Blocked rear washer nozzle

Hello Forum, I have a blocked rear washer nozzle. 2008 XC90. The pump appears fine, and the water supply gets all the way to the last connector, which is just before the tailgate hinge area umbilicals (above the last piece of headliner trim before the tailgate seal). It squirts merrily all over my luggage area if I activate it un-connected. I tried cleaning the nozzle with a pin already, no joy...

Any suggestions? I thought I could try to remove the high-mounted brake light, which also houses the nozzle, but can't figure out how to...

I can only suggest poking a flexible line of some sort into the pipe to dislodge whatever is blocking it

But success is likely to be low.

Much greater chances of success if you take off the high-mount stop lamp

Compressed air, backwards up the blocked section of pipe.

Smile Sorted!

Good news, a more determined effort with a pin cleared the blockage. We have good flow once more! Thanks for your concern and advice!
