Hello all i just got reply for my question when this feature will be available for us. Here is the answer from Volvo customer service
"I can confirm that this used to be a feature in the app. However, I'm afraid due to an ongoing issue this isn't currently available. Investigations are ongoing however no confirmed fix as yet. " |

Hi,
Just gone through this thread. I have a XC90 MY22 T8 bought 2 weeks ago (assume latest software but it does say update available!) and I have the detailed route visible, along with the exact speed/mpg etc at that point on the map. It could be a tick box option missed during updates - but Volvo UK should be aware and not revert to the standard "we're aware of the issue" response?!

For me, the detailed route ability disappeared on our last MY18.5 between services, which always made me think it was app or server side
Our MY21 has never shown detailed route info

Ok, so I'm just back from my service.
The guy servicing the car knew about this issue and updated the software on my vehicle to the latest version to resolve it. The technical journal number for this problem is TJ35451 Software was released in week 11 2021. Just drove home and the trip information wasn't visible, so I've been advised to turn off trip logging for 24 hours and then turn it back on to see if renegotiating the link to VOC works. The guy also told me to revert the VOC app to the old layout. I saw the trip history on his own personal VOC app, so I know it exists and works here in the UK. Shame that it may take until Monday before I see this happening for myself though, but there's firm info that this is not just a dream.

I think so it is only working if you have T8. On my D4 there isnt the case
