Default Possibly breaking D reg MANUAL 240 estate

I have a manual 240 estate, D reg, lowish miles, mechanically very good, tatty inside and no headlights. I bought this for the headlights as they were brand new and it has been standing for a while. I MOTd it and used it to move my boat engine 400 hundred miles or so and it drove well. I looks as though i have sorted my 740 so it is likely that I would look at dismantleing it for bits or perhaps selling it whole. I will not go as I have used the ignition module and taken the dizzy out but could run without much trouble. I would just love for the bits to go to a good home as the local 'roundy roundy' boys are utter thugs and I would rather it stayed where it was that let it go to them. Based on south coat near Brighton but will not be around until Christmas. Brand new rad btw. but certainly no heater parts one of the reasons that I am considering breaking it.
