They're available in file form, if you're really looking. I find - for V70s anyway - the fold-out wiring diagram key is half-missing from all of them. And it doesn't amtter where you source the files, it'll be the same copies, with same missing items. The files are poor non-searchable scans, thus no proper PDF.
If all you can get is one of the CDs, better than nothing, just be aware of the limitations. With half with components on any diagram needing identification, with a missing key-sheet, next to useless. For that reason, I imported physical copies from the Yanks for mine. I had the rest buckshee, (as a download); thus for essentially 2-3 pages, and ease of use, cost lots of loot. There's still the issue that , with these a main-dealer item, it's assumed you've dealer break-out boxes, hence a lot of the fault-finding is meaningless without.

I had an issue with the OTP disc sold by VOC for my 745 some years ago and messaged OTP direct as I wanted the access code to use the disc for my new laptop.
OTP no longer support their discs. Full stop ...... my disc is now useless! However, if you Google OTP (Original Technical Publications) an American outfit you can buy direct from them a USB stick with all the same data on it. Your search will reveal other sellers of OTP usb's, including Skandix. Bob P.S. - just looked on the OTP website and see that they only 'do' a usb for the 850 to 1997.
