Default CV Joint problem

When going forward either straight with left lock or with right lock there is no noise.
In reverse something clicks but only with left lock on not right or straight been told it’s my CV joint

This is where it gets complicated or so I’ve been told

Apparently my car was built in the 21st week and registered on 1/9/05 but parts were changed over in June as you can see that’s only 2 weeks after the car was built that things then changed
Does my car have older parts or newer parts am I being told things I don’t need to know or need to worry about i just want a CV joint near side for a V70 D5 SE E4 6 Speed Manual
Any help or part numbers appreciated Thanks

Euro 4 will be later.
How close to the changeover doesn't matter as it's a definite cut off.

Your chassis number will determine which part is correct as it's a decode of the exact model, engine type, gearbox type and model year.

yes agreed - get a hooky copy of vida and it'll tell you the chassis number on the parts list that each part goes up to / starts from
