Smile Looking to go lower...

I've done some research on what lowering springs and shocks work well with 740 estates and there appears to be 2 good options. A choice between Bilstein B4 shocks or GAZ ones and -40mm IPD springs all round or -60/40 springs from Classicswede. The Bilstein shocks appear like a good shout but I'm unsure about the springs, does anyone run any of these setups on their car who can post a picture of what they look like? I just think -60mm on the front is a bit too low. If anyone could recommend a good setup I'd love to hear it!

I'm B4 Bilstein with 40mm Lesjosfors lowering springs all round. I wouldnt want to go any lower as it's a bit tight underneath

40mm is a good compromise IMO, still have difficulty getting the jack in.

I haven't heard of Lesjosfors springs before, but 40mm seems like the perfect size. Thanks for the response and awesome car!

You can get them at https://www.partsforvolvosonline.com...08b84e28f40166

They have Kilen springs which I believe also lower the car 40mm.

Lesjofors made the springs the car left the factory with and are OEM suppliers to several other companies besides Volvo. They also have subsidiaries called Kilen and Suplex. All make springs to OEM standard.
