Odd whines, squeaks and whistles
I have had my V60 CC B4 AWD for a couple weeks now and I wish I knew what all the strange noises are with the ignition off and doors shut. They go on for about 5 mins or so. Dealer just says it's normal and I'm sure they are right but what is it?!!!

It is normal to hear intermittent noises for several minutes after turning off the engine, climate control vent and radiator louvres whirl shut, another whirling noise from behind the instrument panel. Which are normal.

Agree with nu11eaf - the noises are normal.
The car takes a while to shutdown its systems. If you sit in the car for a bit longer you will probably hear some more noises. My XC60 makes some noises after 10 minutes or so after engine shut-off.
