Default Xc90 suspension noise

Hi my 2003 xc90 has a weird noise coming from from passenger side
I have replaced drop link, driveshaft, control arm, track rods, strut upper mount and seat
But noise still comes mainly when breaking or going over potholes
Does the spring require a lower rubber mount as it sounds like it could be spring moving
It is doing my head in now
Any help would be appreciated

Squeaks? Spray rubber bushings with CRC one by one to see if any one bushing is squeaking.

I've also got a weird noise which may be something similar, kind of a creaking sound from the front nearside. I can't find anything on the suspension or engine mounts but I have found that the plastic parts of the air intake make noise when moved. As the noise occurs just before stopping when braking and very briefly when pulling away I'm thinking that maybe movement of the engine is moving the air-intake parts which in turn make a noise. Once driving under power there's no creaking.

My plan is take the air-intake apart and lubricate any moving surfaces with rubber grease.
