  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

if you can not see a car in good daylight Without it having lights on what is your guide dog doing driving

the highway code , construction and use regs (lighting) already both have any thing other than "good daylight conditions" covered ,and have had for years

I dunno what you're getting at, it's much easier to notice vehicles with their lights on, especially when taking a glancing look. It's a proven thing. I notice this on my motorbike alot.
