Default C70 2012 2.0 Diesel ADM Module

I have been provided with less than positive help from my local Volve Dealership with an issue with my C70. It has had a DPF issue in the past (which cost a lot of money to fix) and now I am getting the Engine Service Required warning come up on the dashboard display (and does the engine then gpo into a low power mode?). Dealership investigated this issue and stated the ADM (Additive Dosing Module) p/n 8621154 was faulty and needed replacing - fault code 0003 Additive sensor faulty. The component is not in stock and latest date for one arriving in Sweden is mid December 2021. I sourced a second hand ADM module from LB Volvo Spares and the Dealership installed this but stated that the required software would not load and they couldn't guarantee the fault would be solved, which it hasn't. Does anybody have any advice (apart from torching my local Volvo dealership)??.

change dealer
or
find a Local to you Volvo Indy With a live vida subscription , at the least you Will save on the labour side of the bill, and Probably get technicians rather than "computer says" monkeys

have a GOOD read about here for the exact error code/codes yours is throwing and see what fixed it for others

Sell diesel and get a petrol , far far cleaner no "dpf" bollox to empty your wallet, lower servicing costs And you wont be harming peoples health every time you drive

*avoid torching the current one as fuel costs too much, just provide name of so others in the area know they are a shower of
