I have a home made reader and some of the pins do not give me a signal either
01 - Ignition control EZK

03 - Fenix 5.2, Motronic 4.3

06 - ECC (climate control)

07 - Motronic 4.3/4.4, 50-42 AW, ABS, SRS, Instrument cluster, seat memory (OBD-II protocols, no reading possible by blink code!)

13 - Cruise control

Your codes indicate

Climate Control
145 - Faulty signal from Function Selector Switch

414 - Drivers Side Interior Temp Sensor fan seized (may be cobwebs or dust)

417 - Passenger Side Tempo Sensor Seized (As Above)

122 Is Cruise Control I think. Cruise will ALLWAYS flash 1-2-2 when you read the codes, IF you did not test drive the car prior to that. It tells you only that the car did not reach the 35 mph which enables the cruise function (safety issue).
