VOLVO V70 Estate auto. 1997. Low mileage

Due to ULEZ my V70 Estate Petrol car is for sale. Mileage is 129,000 low mileage for its age, engine is in very good condition. 2 owners.

How do you know your car is not ULEZ compliant? Did you have to ask TFL? My car is 1997 V90 and although I live outside the South Circular road will need to go to the Dulwich Picture Gallery occasionally which is just inside the ULEZ boundary. Any help please?
