Now we're in spring Alan, many people who've been dormant for the past few months will decide they want a summer project so the seller has a fair chance of getting a better price.
That's if it sells of course!

Now, if he had the gumption and skill to do an engine swap from the 960 to replace that Rover lump, it'd generate a whole lot more interest, probably qualify for historic again, and he might even get the eight grand he was looking for originally. With a fair breeze and a lot of luck.
