C70 solar battery charger
So i just got a solar battery charger thingy, just to keep the battery maintained when it sits doing nothing i know it wont charge an empty battery.
But, can i just plug it the 12v socket in the front or do i have to use the obd socket? i believe for the v50 that you can use the rear 12v socket but as the c70 has no glass boot not so practical to use the boot socket. im right about that arent i?

The front 12v socket is switched with the ignition, so you'll need to find a permanent feed to connect it to.
I'm also not sure how it will affect the battery monitoring circuit (if your model is fitted with one). |

Ahh okay, I thought that, I'll use the obd connector it comes with instead
