If all goes well then I will be at the Southern BKV for the Sunday in our 144. That is provided that the spreading patch of oil under it isn't anything to worry about.

Not hoping to win anything though, as mine is very much work in progress and well, to be honest, Arcturus' 144 looks fantastic.

Hi John I think something needs to be done about the naming of each event as I quite often see a post that says"I'm going to the BKV"well which one?Southern northern or national.Yes we probably know which one but as a lot of new members aren't even aware what a BKV is then to promote the events maybe we(including me) should be a lot more specific.

This is not a RANT or MOAN at anyone just me trying to come up with a way to promote our events.I'm trying to post about the latest changes to the "NATIONAL RALLY AND BKV" as the venue has now changed and not everyone looks at the "EVENTS" section.

The NATIONAL(big one)will now be held AT ,
HATTON COUNTRY WORLD CV35 8XA.

Just to be clear the original event was to be held at"Old Warden Biggleswade SG18 9DX.
The dates are the same and all the organised events will be the same.More Info on the events section.Calendar yet to be updated.
Regards Brian.

Just when you think that you've covered all the angles it goes pear shaped. Connected up the van and tried to fit stabiliser. They've only welded it on the wrong way! Too risky to drive all that way without the stabilisor so will have to addopt "plan B" and come in the 940.

We might not be able to make it now, the oil leak out the back of the engine would seem to be worse than we first thought.

I think the plan is to check the oil at Winchester, if we haven't lost too much then we'll come up to Popham. Fingers crossed!

Shame that we might not be able to make it I really wanted to show off the new GT Cluster that I fitted yesterday. It looks stunning!

Have you checked your rocker cover gasket? Almost seems to easy a fix to be true, but a surprising amount of oil leaks down over the back of the engine when they're not seated exactly right. Have the rocker cover screws worked their way a bit loose?
