S40 1.9D 53 plate 77k mi

Hi.
I am looking to sell my S40 1.9D silver with 77k 10 months MOT with no advisories on last one. Tyres almost new, cleaned EGR valve a few weeks ago. Last serviced at 73k. No mechanical problems. Full black leather. Average body condition, nothing major but quite a few minor ones. I bought it for the low mileage. I want to change it for a S60 D5 185. I am looking for £1250 ish.

Just to say, that feels like a very good price, obviously depending on condition, but if there's no external/undercarriage rust, and a it's sport/lux, or with a few of the add on option packs, that's a very attractive price.

If it wasn't an S40, I'd be tempted myself.

A couple of obvious questions arise though, mainly when is the timing belt change due? It'd be due around now for mileage reasons but it should have been changed already for age reasons (10 years).
