I doubt there would be the room in a 440 for one, I wondered a long time ago about mating one too the M90 RWD box and fitting it too a 940

I thought the electronics in the engine would be the biggest issue. Unless a seperate, custom made ecu was created to support it.
Nothing's impossable! |

Thats the easy bit, just swipe the ecu & loom from the donar car, I know a guy done a V6 conversion on a Civic, thats all he done was run the 2 ECU's side by side, one for the car, the other for the engine

A big problem on volvo systems where the ECU communicates with lots of other modules and then there is the immobilser etc etc ..
