** Essex ** Lookers 'Open Day' 30th June
The Essex section have arranged with Lookers (in Chelmsford) an open day on the 30th June.
The time is between 10am and 4pm and Lookers will be providing free visual health checks (these MUST be booked in advance please with Lookers) In addition there will be a free raffle for people turning up and a chance to talk to the technicians who I understand will be present until 4pm and parts until 12.30pm I am also advised that there will be some very cheap clearance parts available and have been promised a list prior to the event - I will supply more details when I have them. It is also a chance to meet some of us from the Essex section - we don't bite! (You never know you might even enjoy coming along to one of our get togethers at the Crown (Ardleigh Road) Colchester - the next one is on 28th May at around 8pm) If you will be attending the Lookers day - could you let me know? (it would be nice to have a very rough idea of numbers) Many thanks Chris |

I would probably have popped down, but my severely handicapped son is home that weekend, and I can neither leave Marion to cope alone, nor bring him as he would be totally disinterested, and a liability, as he has no concept of personal danger!
Could someone do me a fovour, and ask the technicians what limits the seat travel on the electric adjustment on a 960? And is there any way of getting about another 1" of rearward travel, or is tha a major job??
