Not being funny, but have you tried a car spare's shop, or a Volvo dealer, or one of the many "On-Line" parts suppliers, who would probably be the cheapest, also you need to be a bit more specific about what you want, ie, what side track rod, or do you mean the track rod end ( the part that screws onto the track rod) Google "Volvo on-line parts suppliers" and you'll get enough info to keep you busy for ages
