a 1992 as a timewarp????
NO ;1992 isalmost one of the last 240 serie, therefore no timewarp. timewarp 2 series tentatively starts 1978 or earlier imhp |

Lol, I was thinking in terms of the mileage and that it has been 'hidden away' for a few years etc. But yeh, I guess you are right. Maybe I should have given more thought to the title.... Lol

Well it is rather clean and has been stored indoors.Just a shame it somehow developed rust on the inner rear wheel arch skin?
I know this area can cause rust issues but if it's been kept inside then it doesn't make sence.None of mine have had rust there and mine live outside free to graze and roam should they wish to. Sorry Brodgar, but some early 264s, pre-1980, had electric windows and mirrors and PAS, while my uncle had a 1977 244GL with K-jetronic and, IIRC, front electric windows. By your definition only pre-1981 DL and (some similar vintage)GL models would qualify. Perhaps a timewarp car should be one where the cost of Road Tax and petrol at the car's first registration still apply?
