Default V70 D5 engine problems

Hello,
I've read all about the D5 engines on here, My D5 has the squishy turbo inlet rubber hose problem which stops the engine revving and pulling under load although it revs fine when stationary.
The intercooler looks ok (not expanded yet) although there seems to be a lot of oil in the sponge under the rad's
The other problem I have is a smoking dipstick tube, it smokes like a chimney when the engine is hot, is this an easy problem to sort?
Whats it going to cost me if I do the jobs myself?
It's a 53 plate with 102k on the clock.
Thanks for any advice!

Pipe probably nearer £60+ now, Volvo dealer only I'm afraid.
I bought mine some time ago and I think it was £58.00 then.
If there is oil on the bottom of the intercooler IMHO it is more than likely leaking.
Also clean out the air intake pipework across the front of the engine after the EGR valve, including as much as possible where it enters the manifold cover (finger in and drag it out!) I am fairly confident that it was the restriction at this point caused by "gunk" which was causing limp mode, even after a new rubber pipe. Do wear gloves.
