From what I can work out the cameraman asked him to do his matador party trick with the car and the presenter initially refused saying it was too dangerous and he didn't do that anymore.
The production crew then promised to buy him a cocktail of his choice if he did his trick just one more time for the camera.

After he performs his trick the first time if you listen carefully at 3:37 you can hear the producer shout in russian from behind the camera " well done vladimir, what would you like?"

At which point Vladimir turns and excitedly shouts back "smartie crabwater"

I always thought the international language for Pilots was English - do you fly for Aeroflot? Sorry to see on another thread you are flying on Xmas day.....not back from Moscow is it?

Using my own knowledge of Russian - which is as comprehensive as Mrjon's - I think the producer actually asks: "Who the devil taught you such a fiendlishly clever City Safety related trick?"

to which our Russian hero replies - presumably referring to a highly intelligent but slightly annoying English acquaintance: "smarty" Crabwater
