Default Grinding noise from front offside wheel

So, I hardly use my car as I have a van for work. Went shopping last night, no problems (max of 5 miles). This morning it sounds like there’s binding or grinding from the front wheel and I found small bits of rubber debris on the drive. The noise is not so bad reversing.

Will be investigating fully later but my first thought was brakes but they are working ok. Obviously I didn’t drive it any further.

It was in the garage a few weeks ago for the D4 recall but no other issues.

Any thoughts of what it could be. It’s a 2017 D4 with 17” wheels.

Turns out it’s a broken spring which has gouged into the tyre.
