Default V50 Struggles to start warm, shakes idling low MPG

I bought the car a few weeks ago, it had had a service the day before, with very high mileage at 225k. Although driven just 2k in the last 5 years, previous miles were motorway miles.

When starting the car completely cold, it starts fine straight away and ticks over well. When starting the engine warm, however, it can take a few attempts and take 10 seconds or so.

When it does start, It will begin at 200-300 RPM and climb to 1100 within 3-5 seconds.

When idling warm, the car does shake a little and produces a 'tapping' or 'knocking' sound - I've included a video below of this.

The car drives absolutely beautifully and has no issues other than bad, and I mean bad, fuel economy. I drive like a granny, never going over 4k RPM, and am getting around 20MPG.

I'm considering changing the spark plugs but know it could be any number of things.

Many thanks for your help! (Sorry for vertical filming!)
