Default Warranty - How Long?

If I'm the second owner of the car, that has done 40,000 odd, a late 2016 plate... how do I find out about the warranty and what it covers and if I'm covered?

These originally came with a three year warranty, which will have now expired. If an extended warranty was arranged then I guess you could be in luck but obviously none of us would know about that! Nevertheless, Volvo can be very helpful with goodwill contributions even after warranty expiration.

Do you actually have a fault?

Yeah, the old sticking clutch
Not sure it's covered by the 3 month warranty from where I bought it from either.

It has to go in for the fire recall so I guess that would be the time to mention it?
