Still having problems. Spoke to marshalls Nottingham Monday, they were going to reset my account/car. Still don’t work. Will ring back today Tuesday.

Still having problems with mine - can’t lock/unlock from the App. Any journeys made are recorded though.

Mines same. Only thing that seems to work is the journey log..Volvo should have sorted it after all these weeks..

Seems to be ok on my T8. I have charging monitoring, lock/unlock works (at least the boot unlock thing) and parking climate all seems to work ok.

I’m still having problems. Same as someone else described; app logs journey data ok (so it’s still talking to the car) but no commands sent to the car - remote start, heating, map location etc work.
Sent an email to the Volvo address showing on the iOS App Store listing. Received a prompt reply saying they’re aware of ongoing issues with a fix expected in a further update although not expected to land until sometime in May. Was also advised to uninstall / reinstall the app although I haven’t tried that yet. |

Volvo told me the same when I contacted them direct.Said to uninstall and reinstall voc app on phone and if that didn’t work to go to dealership for sorting out. They also said we’re not aware of problems !!!!Didnt show much interest in problem.

Well after a phone call to dealer Monday explaining issues and what Volvo customer service said, he said he would reset VOC to the car from his end. So far today everything’s working correctly. I’ll let you all know if it continues to do so

That’s what my dealer did. It worked as I walked to car at dealership but by the time I got home nothing worked again. Nothing has worked since

I have never had any problems at all with VOC and my iPhone. Just checked and I am using ver. 4.11.1. Looking on the app store there is a new version 4.12, is this the version that everyone is having problems with! If so think I'll stick with what I've got.
