Default Max component power

Guys,

Just a quick one, been scouting around and can’t seem to find anything.

I’m after a list of components and the max power they can take before being replaced on a B5254T4 i.e head gasket = x amount BHP & x amount of torque, same for pistons, rods, flywheel etc etc.

Many thanks
