Has anyone with an XC90 changed the oil in their front and rear differentials, if so what mileage did you do this or would recommend to have this done?

Front diff is part of the auto tranmission so is changed when that is changed.
Rear diff should be changed as part of the Haldex system. Don’t know what the official service interval for that is but I’d tend to change it with the auto transmission, so at the first 60k miles then every 35 to 45k. Plenty of videos on the net on Haldex systems.

If in doubt go with the official interval or up to 30% sooner if the car is a keeper. Don’t go mad, it is not sentient.

Having looked into this, how did you read your gearbox temp? (As I understand it, you set the level with the inner drain plug at 50-60 degrees C).. but a reader that does this seems hard to find for SPA..

Just do it after you come back from a reasonable journey it will be up to 60C by then ..

No , the front angle gear has hypoid oil and so does the rear axle , the rear haldex unit has separate and very different oil ..

I used my "Autel MaxiCOM MK808" to read live data "TM temp" when it reached required temp I drained access oil

I dont think it would be wise choice to drive a car with overfilled gearbox with oil, after all I after TM reached required temp "50C-60C" I drained around 1.5L of oil

Driving it for a short distance, just to get the gearbox up to temperature won't do any damage.

Driving with less fluid than required will do more damage!

If you drained 1.5L to reset the level, you put way too much into it in the first place.

Start it in the drive and leave it 30 minutes.

I plotted mine out in Vida. Took about 20mins to get to temp on a cool summer day. 30minutes later it was alternating between 52-53 Celsius.

I don’t think the bulk modulus of the fluid is high ever and hence the temp is probably not that critical in reality.
