Default Headlights

Hi everyone.

Well it's headlight bulb change time again, been running Ring Xenon150 Premium H7 for the last few yrs but just wondering if anyone is or has used H7 Xenon 6000K White LED Headlight Bulbs, before I buy the ring bulbs again.

I would very strongly advise against using LED bulbs. First, they are NOT legal in headlight units that were not specifically designed to use them at the time of manufacture. You would fail an MOT. Secondly, they almost always produce a hugely inferior light due to poor focusing (and you will royally p**s off other motorists as a result of uncontrolled light scatter).

Regards
John

You mean halogen.

Ring H7's are just halogen bulbs that produce extra light, to create a xenon effect. They aren't actually proper xenon bulbs, even though the name suggests they are.
