  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

hi ive purchase this
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
it is a pure 600 rebadged to alpine but only 50 quid
have not got around to installing it yet on my s40
reason im wanting it is the poor reception im having with my radio, hissing on FM stations

I would have repaired the FM problem i think , A neater solution . See how oy goes , you might find the USB interface a boon 👍

Another thumbs up for the Pure from me (though I have the 400 as I have Bluetooth for calls already).

I had a Veba FM modulator fitted first so it doesn't use the FM transmission which makes for a better signal (I didn't have aux or USB either). I have a C30 and keep the controller in the cupholder. Only ever had a couple of instances where the signal has dropped out.

theres a usb on the alpine version ? or have i missed something ?

in the boot/cargo area ,drivers side window at the top (roughly central) is the connectors to // from the Ariel , worth starting there as they May have been dislodged if something in the boot caught them/ the shape in the roof liner
