It isn't a great angle of the engine but a few things look motronic 4.4 era like the thermostat housing, cant see VVT solinoids etc....
It has a throttle cable still so probably still running 4.4 which makes you wonder what they have done with the VVT bearing in mind they don't appear to have bothered with the top engine mount. The other option is they have changed the bottom end & kept the old head....

I love the way they say 'no MOT but will pass ...', if it will pass so easily why not get it done and make it that much more of a viable proposition before you try to sell it?
