Seat switch surround

So my first fix didn't work.
I bought instead a replacement side panel for a non-Exec XC90 for £24 off fleabay instead of paying another £111 for the Exec version from the dealer, and cutout the hole for the heated seat switch switch panel, which is the only difference.
Reinforced it with fibreglass and resin on the inside.

However, the heated switch panel itself is also cracked, and I have tried to get hold of a replacement.
This little part - as pictured - can't be found it seems.
FRF said it is no longer a separate item, but integrated into the whole side panel, which will cost me more than a couple of quid.

The Volvo part number is 39865795 - in the oak colour for beige interior.

Does anyone have one, or know someone who does?
